King George remains a relatively small town and maintains its’ tight community atmosphere.  Having one middle school and one high school creates multiple opportunities and comradery that is not found in a larger communityAnnual community events such as the Fall Festival, Home and Garden Show and Farmers Market are held.   Some of our favorite things to do in the area include taking advantage of the nearby rivers.  We boat, fish, or just enjoy the view.  We also enjoy walking and running on the “Dahlgren Tail Trail” or the trails at Caledon.  Our favorite restaurants nearby are Rick’s on the River, Tim’s Rivershore, and Vinny’s. 

We love the neighborhood.  It is a secluded neighborhood with only three houses. Each house has at least four acres and we back up to more acreage for added privacy. The neighbors are friendly, and all have school age children. We always look out for one another and often celebrate special events and holidays together.
